It’s been a busy week! I spent that time recovering from my half marathon (and taking a few weeks off from running to take care of a hamstring issue), getting frustrated at my hair and getting it chopped off (Take a look at my Instagram!), and, of course, going to Kings Island. We were recently called “amusement park junkies”, and I wear that badge with pride!

This week, I didn’t feel like doing much cooking. A lot of our meals are no-cook and slow cooker, with just a couple times of using the oven. However, I bought a ton of produce and other things, and take a look at this fridge:

I don’t know why I think my family of 3 needs all this food, but I know we’ll eat it!

We had a large overage from last week which I completely used up this week. Chicken was on sale, and so were Nathan’s hot dogs- one of my favorites. Hot dogs freeze really well, and I plan to have a lot of cookouts this summer! Here’s everything I bought:
