$75 Weekly Shopping and Menu 10-15-18

Meal plan, grocery list, and coupon deals for 10-15-18. Want to know what a family of 3 eats for $75 a week? Check back every Monday!

I am SO excited to be on a $75 weekly budget again!

We learned a lot while eating for $30 a week these past 3 months, and we did just fine, but I’m happy to see a completely full fridge again.

These next few weeks will consist of building up our pantry and freezer again. I actually made a priority list of things to get at Sam’s Club, and we have a little extra cash due to selling stuff at my grandma’s garage sale this weekend. Here’s my list:

  • Maple syrup
  • Chocolate chips
  • String cheese
  • Canned tuna
  • Downy unstoppables
  • Baking soda
  • Shredded cheddar

Some of that will be cash, some will come out of our grocery budget, and some with Swagbucks. But we’re either out or almost out of these, so these are being bought first!

I got this bag of Bear Creek broccoli soup as a gift; how many of you like it? I’ve had it once before and it’s really good, so it’s one of our pantry meals this week!

I’m going to be crazy busy this whole week, planning for Allison’s birthday party on Saturday. How is this girl going to be 5 already? Her party is DC Superhero Girls themed, so look forward to some cool photos this weekend!

I read, but I can't remember where, that the Unstopables have clay in them which is bad for the washing machine. Anyone know more?

Interesting! Our washer hasn't been cleaning our clothes as well as I think it could, but I can't remember if this started before or after using the Unstopables. I'll definitely check it out, thanks for the heads up!
