We had an AWESOME weekend. How awesome, you ask?
It was Kings Island awesome! We made our first trip of the season on Saturday and it was amazing. Lots of food, lots of walking, it was 50 degrees… if it were just a bit warmer, I would have had no complaints! I had to laugh because Kings Island has their marketing down so well- they must have made so much money on hoodies because I saw tons of people walking around wearing brand new Kings Island hoodies. Not many people were prepared for the cold weather I guess!
This week’s shopping trip seems a little light. I’m using a lot of pantry items and things that I intended to use in previous weeks but didn’t. Plus we’re eating out on Friday for John’s birthday, and possibly eating dinner at Kings Island again on Saturday; so my intention for this week was to use some of the leftover money to stock up on a few things, like chicken and Larabars. And a couple of pints of Halo Top, because you can’t beat a $2.50 price tag. Our dinners are pretty simple this week, but now have the volume of extra veggies needed to keep me full longer. Here’s what we bought this week:

Thanks!!! =) It was a Christmas present, and I like wearing it to see who recognizes it. Only one person did that day; or at least, he was the only one who told me!
