Happy New Year, everyone!!! I’m so glad to be back on a regular posting schedule and doing these grocery hauls again. I really missed it!
For the past month, I’ve been super busy with my 25 Days of Freezer Meals series. If you missed any, make sure you check it out! But because of that, I simply had no time to post my grocery hauls… or breathe… or sleep.
But now I’m back! And things might look slightly different for the next week or two. First, remember my Dollar Tree Meals post I did a couple months ago? You all loved it (and it’s going crazy on Youtube), so I’m making this a monthly series.
This week I’m making the meals, and next week you’ll get to see the exact process in a blog post and video. These are gonna be different than anything I’ve ever made (For the most part, anyway), so I’m excited to see how they turn out!
Also, we’re working through those freezer meals I made in December. Our problem is that a lot of those meals serve 6-8. And since John and I are the only ones to eat them, we have a lot of leftovers. I estimate it’ll take us another 2-3 weeks to completely empty our freezer, but it’ll get done!
