$85 Weekly Shopping and Menu 1-13-20

Good news- I think by the end of this week, I’ll have used up all the freezer meals I made in December for my 25 Days of Freezer Meals series!

Wait, I take that back. I think there’s a Stir Fry hiding in there somewhere. But besides that, my freezer will be partially empty!

It’s been kind of fun eating from my freezer and using my grocery money to help buy other things. This week was dishwasher tabs and hand soap from Sam’s Club, and I wouldn’t have been able to do that if I needed to buy a bunch of groceries, too.

Starting this weekend though, I’ll be setting aside $5.00 again for a Sam’s run. Good thing too, because we’re just about out of toilet paper! I don’t know about you, but the Member’s Mark brand toilet paper is just the best. I can’t use any other kind ever again; too bad it costs like $20.00, but it lasts us 4-6 months.

By the way, did you miss my announcement last week? I opened up my FREE Budget Grocery Jumpstart course! If you’ve been wanting to buy healthy groceries on a budget but don’t know where to start, I’ve got your back. So many people have jumped on board and I’d love to have you join us!

I agree Sam’s club TP is the best! I have Costco too and theirs isn’t great. We’re doing a pantry Challenge this month so I have spent zero from my January budget so far. Trying to rollover most of the budget so that I have a good cushion for more expensive weeks.

Amazing job, Michelle!!! You know, my mom said the same thing about Costco's toilet paper. Glad I stick with Sam's. =)
