Thanksgiving is almost here! I’m already making preparations. The turkey’s thawing, everything except the produce for dinner has been bought, and I’m ready to do some deep cleaning.
My menu looks a little bare-bones this week, and that’s because I’m expecting to eat leftovers for a few days after Thanksgiving. I tried to make most of my meals out of what I had in my pantry, so I don’t have to worry about the food going bad if I decide not to make those meals.
And holy cow, I got some coupons from Aldi in the mail last week! Aldi rarely sends out coupons, but now I have six! I can use one a week, and they alternate between $5.00 off $35.00, and $10.00 off $50.00. You can bet I’ll be using every one of those! Here’s my meager shopping trip and what we’ll be eating this week:
