I have to admit: Doing my 4 Weeks to Fill Your Freezer Challenge was tough, but I’m loving eating out of my freezer this month.
I pull dinner out the night before, and just stick it in the oven come dinnertime. How convenient is that??? I’m thinking I need to do this more often!
Not only am I not dealing with dinnertime stress, I’m also saving money that I can use on things we’re out of- like laundry detergent. Next week’s stock-up list includes gallon-sized freezer bags and shredded cheddar from Sam’s, but I just redeemed my Swagbucks for a gift card so that should be in before my next shopping trip.
