January is Oatmeal Month, and for good reason! Oatmeal’s super healthy and filling, and adding all sorts of toppings to it makes it even more delicious. I discovered overnight oats on Pinterest, and now I’m addicted! You can add pretty much anything to them, including chocolate. Who doesn’t like chocolate in the mornings??? I’ve collected a number of overnight oats recipes and I want to share some with you today so you can enjoy them too! Some of them sound just delightful.
