We’ve been eating out of our freezer for the past couple weeks, and it’s been nice not having to prepare these big meals every night! I made 24 dinners, which is really like 4-5 different ones multiplied a few times, so I’m starting to get a little tired of eating the same thing every week. I looked in my freezer/pantry to see what else we had, and I came up with some ingredients to make these slow cooker teriyaki meatballs. It’s simple to put together and is ready in a couple hours!
It requires just 3 ingredients: a bag of frozen meatballs, teriyaki sauce, and pineapple chunks.
Add everything together in a slow cooker and mix around a little, then cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours until the meatballs are completely heated through. Unfortunately, the pineapples tend to turn brown-ish due to the sauce, so it’s not quite photo-friendly, but it still tastes delicious!
I had the rice and frozen stir-fry veggies in the house too, so I was able to make a complete dinner for “free” that week! I can’t stress enough the importance of having a stockpile, big or small, because you never know when you might need an emergency meal like this. Enjoy!

OH MY GOSH!! How easy is this!! What an easy way to use meatballs, which we have in bulk since it's Connor's favorite meat. He would eat them daily if I allowed him too! Thanks for the dinner idea!
