Recently I’ve been looking to add more vegetables to our diet. I know it’s good for us, but honestly, I’m horrible at figuring out how to incorporate them into our daily meals! I love recipes that just let me chop and dump, and then forget about it. And this recipe I found does just that! Just put the chicken and veggies in, let them cook for a few hours, and out comes a delicious, healthy dinner!
Chicken breasts
Celery
Zucchini
Green bell pepper
Garlic
Basil
Diced tomatoes
Jar of spaghetti sauce
Place the chicken in the slow cooker and pour the chopped vegetables and garlic over the chicken.
Pour the tomatoes and spaghetti sauce over the chicken and veggies, then add basil. Cook on LOW for 6-7 hours, and shred the chicken before serving!
Serve with brown rice and enjoy!

Same here! I challenged myself to use my slow cooker once a day for this whole year. Going great so far!
