So, I decided to do a miniature pantry challenge this week!
I don’t really have enough stuff to do a full-on challenge, but I was looking through my cupboards last week and found stuff that had been in there awhile and kept getting pushed to the back.
The main items of note were the Pepperidge Farm stuffing, a bag of mashed potatoes, and wheat berries. They’d been in there so long, and I just kept forgetting about them. And since we’re leaving for Cedar Point on Friday, I decided to try and use up what we had and try to prevent leftovers!
Because of this, we have about $15.00 of overage that I haven’t decided what to do with yet. I know we need some maple syrup from Sam’s Club, so I may get some this week.
Want to join me in my mini pantry challenge? Dig through your cupboards and pick out one thing that’s been in there forever, and figure out how you can use it in your meal plan this week. Be sure to let me know, because I like seeing what you come up with!

I love the parchment paper at Dollar tree. It does only go up to 400 degrees though. It comes in 25 sq.ft. rolls. I also love the dried beans and then put them in serving sizes and freeze them. Gulf Pacific rice was 2 pounds for a dollar which was cheaper than my Aldi's which was .67cents a pound. The parchment from Kroger reminded me. Hope it helps.

Thanks, Gina! I didn't realize the Dollar Tree's parchment paper only went up to 400 degrees. I'll have to remember that if I buy some from there!
