Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken

I LOVE easy dinners that you can just throw in the slow cooker and that only use a few simple ingredients! We love spicy food in this house, especially hot sauce, so this buffalo chicken makes it on our dinner rotation quite frequently. Use it on a large salad with plenty of fresh vegetables, bacon bits, and croutons; or put it in a tortilla for a delicious wrap!

All you need are 2 pounds of chicken breasts, 1 cup of buffalo sauce, and a packet of ranch seasoning (or 2 tablespoons of bulk or homemade mix).

First, place the chicken in the slow cooker.

Sprinkle the ranch over both chicken breasts and top with the buffalo sauce. Cook on LOW for about 6 hours or until the chicken is done.

Once the chicken is done, take out the breasts and shred them. Have I mentioned how much I love my Kitchen Aid mixer? Put the shredded chicken back in the slow cooker and serve however you like!
