I never really wanted a bread machine. It was just another huge kitchen appliance that would take up even more counter space along with my slow cooker, my blender, my coffee maker... and it just seemed like so much work to make stuff. Couldn't it just make the dough, AND roll up my cinnamon rolls, AND bake them?
I finally took the plunge and got one from the thrift store for $6. A couple weeks later I baked my first loaf of bread and I was hooked! I had to have more. And more. And then I found this recipe for dinner rolls and I love how easy it is!

Flour (The original recipe calls for bread flour, but I used All-Purpose and they turned out great!
Granulated sugar
Salt
Butter
Egg
Yeast
Water

On a floured surface, knead the dough a little and then cut into 15 pieces. (I only had 12, oops.) Cover with a kitchen towel and let rise for one hour.

Oh I forgot how much I loved homemade dinner rolls 🙂 Must get out the machine!
We make them about once a week! =)
These look so delicious! :]! I haven't made bread with my bread machine in ages! I had to pack it up since I'm moving again in a couple months, and didn't want to have to make as many trips in June. Pinned for future use though! <3
You are a winner, I can actually eat it.. Thanks for sharing.
Haha, thanks! =) This is our favorite dinner roll recipe.
I love dinner rolls, we never make any but I want to start because I love them!
Definitely try these! They're easy to start in the early afternoon before dinner.
So yummy! I've always wanted a breadmaker--but I might eat a little more homemade bread than was good for me...
Those thrift stores, seriously. I was wary at first, but this thing works great!
I've never wanted a bread maker either--I actually have one step better than that, a hubby who enjoys baking! But your post makes me wonder if maybe I'd do a little more of it myself if I had a machine. The rolls look to die for! =)
Nice! My husband's the one who likes to EAT the baked products, not make them. =P
These look so amazing right now! Yummmy!
Oh, your dinner rolls look so good and the recipe looks easy as well. We love baking bread and do so often. I do have a bread machine, but usually I just knead the dough and put it in the oven so I can do more than one loaf at a time. I will be trying this recipe though. I have a fetish for white flour and white sugar. yeah, I know what they say, but I love the stuff. I make healthy choices in other areas and try not to eat it every day.
Thanks for sharing

The bread looks fantastic! Thanks for sharing the great recipe.
