I’ve really grown to love S’mores recently. From making actual S’mores around a campfire to getting a S’mores Frappuccino from Starbucks… The marshmallows are okay, but I think the chocolate and graham crackers are the real stars. I wanted to do something fun for Allison for snack time, so I made her a S’mores trail mix!
It’s super easy and has 3 ingredients:
- Golden Grahams
- Marshmallows
- Chocolate chips (Any kind, but I love my dark chocolate chips)
I usually use about a half cup of cereal, and a tablespoon of both marshmallows and chocolate chips. Golden Grahams is pretty much my favorite cereal, so this is just perfect!
There’s a toddler that loves her S’mores. Yes, that’s a Mickey Mouse stuffed animal with a kitchen towel wrapped around him. She likes to pull them out of the drawers and use them as blankets for her toys. Whatever. At least the trail mix is good!
