Thank you, Influenster, for providing me a free jar of Peter Pan Simply Ground Peanut Butter! All opinions are my own.
I use nut butter in some form at least once or twice a week. In sandwiches, energy bites, breakfast… you name it, I love it. Today I have a really simple snack or dessert to share with you: peanut butter dip.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Just add to a small bowl, mix, and enjoy with graham crackers, apples… or even a spoon. One of my favorite things to do is just make a big bowl of this, add some chocolate chips, and I now have a dessert-style yogurt that’s SO good.
What I like about Peter Pan Simply Ground is that it’s, well, simple. It’s creamy with a tad bit of crunch to it, and has few ingredients. It does have a bit of sugar, but 3 grams per two tablespoons isn’t bad. It also comes in a honey flavor, if that’s something you’re into. (I am)
I like that it’s a fairly healthy snack, too! You get extra protein from the Greek yogurt, and as long as you use fruit instead of cookies to dip, it’d be a good addition to your day. Try it and let me know what you think!
