- I am not a doctor. The information I provide is solely based on my studies of nutrition and weight loss through the ISSA and other education, and my experience as a Nutrition Coach.

While I give guidance based on my own expertise, you acknowledge that I am supporting you in my role exclusively as a Nutrition Coach only. - Any recipes, sample plans, or nutrition information is not to be regarded as medical advice. You are responsible for managing your dietary needs, such as allergies or other food conditions. The recipes and sample plans provided are for educational purposes and I do not claim that you will lose weight because of the recipes.
Weight Loss Results
- I make every effort to ensure that I accurately represent nutrition coaching and aim to give you the best results. There is no guarantee that you will experience the same results as another client and you accept the risk that weight loss and wellness results differ by individual.
- I make no guarantees concerning the level of success you may experience, and you accept the risk that results will differ for each individual.
- Each individual’s health, fitness, and nutrition success depends on his or her background, dedication, desire, and motivation. As with any health-related program or service, your results may vary, and will be based on many variables, including but not limited to, your individual capacity, life experience, unique health and genetic profile, starting point, expertise, and level of commitment.
- There is no assurance that examples of past fitness or weight loss results can be duplicated in the future. I cannot guarantee your future results and/or success. Nor can I guarantee that you maintain the results you experience if you do not continue following the program. I am not responsible for your actions.

- If the refund is for 1-on-1 coaching, I will refund the most recent month only, using the original method of payment.
- If the refund is for a one-time group program or course and you have completed the entire program, I will refund the entire amount paid using the original method of payment.
