Ingredients:
– 2 cups all purpose flour – 1 cup rolled oats – 1/4 cup brown sugar – 1 tablespoon baking powder – 1 teaspoon cinnamon – 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg – 1/4 teaspoon ginger – 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 6 tablespoons butter – 3/4 cup canned pumpkin – 2 tablespoons milk – 1 egg – 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1/2 cup chocolate chips

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and salt. Cut in the butter until they look like coarse crumbs.
