Weight Loss Update 10/11

Hey guys, I was absolutely right about last week! I got right back into the groove of working out and running again after being sick for a full week. When I stepped on the scale, I weighed the exact amount I had the previous week. My eating habits were fairly good, so my guess is I gained some muscle back!

Weight loss this week: 0 pounds
Weight loss since May 2015: 13 pounds

And you know what? I’m totally okay with that! I am feeling so amazing; my clothes fit better, I have more energy, and I’m finding it easier to control my eating habits and curb my cravings (Well, kind of). My Fitibit has been a HUGE help in motivating me to get my 10,000 steps in every day, and that paired with MyFitnessPal is giving me a good idea of where I stand.

Last week was actually fairly uneventful! I hit 10k steps every day except Monday, and apart from a few stressful moments of “OMG I need something fatty NOW!”, my food intake wasn’t too bad. Short post this week, but next week’s post will be bigger as I have a few more events coming up this week! Remember, you all are awesome.
