Turn off Instant Pot and add:
-2 cans diced tomatoes
-8-ounce can tomato sauce
-15-ounce can chicken or beef broth
-1 teaspoon oregano
-1 teaspoon basil
-Salt and pepper
Place lid on top and set to Sealing, then pressure cook on High for 4 minutes. Let it release naturally for about 8 minutes, then flip the knob for a quick release.
