Last week was just crazy! Monday I was able to start up this blog and add content, our wedding anniversary was Thursday (and of course ended up in the ER that morning), and we ate out 3 times- that’s kind of a record for us; we rarely spend money eating out. 🙂 Things have slowed down a little this week, but there’s still a bit going on and there are changes I need to make. Here are my goals for this week:
Drink at least 48 ounces of water every day. I’m going to my doctor this Friday because I’m still having heart palpitations, and I want to be sure I’m doing everything I should be to try and make this go away. I know I should be drinking more than 48 ounces, but I’m slowly working my way up.
Take my multi-vitamin every day. This one’s pretty easy to remember, but I’ll need to ask my doctor if I should be taking something different.
Get out and walk at least 3 times this week. This weather is beautiful! We hit 50 degrees yesterday, so I took Allison out for a walk around the puddled block.
Continue to work on my blog! I’m so excited about how things are turning out. I know there’s SO much more I can be doing to help you all, and I’m trying to find the most efficient ways to do so without significantly cutting into my family time. (I’m typing this while Allison is fast asleep. 🙂 ) My mini goals for this are to find new coupons every day for you to print, and head to Kroger on Wednesday when their Mega Sale starts so I can find good deals that weren’t in the ad.
That’s it for now! I feel like I’ve been in survival mode the past week worrying about what my body’s doing, but I’m going to try to make this week better.
