Oh boy, what a weekend! I got back from a mini-vacation this weekend (post upcoming), and actually did all my meal planning early yesterday morning. I usually do all that on Thursdays, then do my shopping on Saturdays, but since we were gone, I had to wait until Sunday to see Aldi’s ad to get a good idea of prices. And because I was in a rush to get things done, I was over budget by almost 3 dollars. Oops.
I have a simple menu this week, though. We had to buy a couple non-food items, so dinners are going to be cheap and easy. Not always a bad thing! Here’s what I got this week.
