Happy Independence Day to those in the U.S! We celebrated over the weekend with a parade and are going out shopping today (Details to come tomorrow!), and now it’s time for another shopping report.
We’re eating rather cheaply this week because I bought items for the pantry: Butter, coffee creamer, and sugar. Not too bad on their own, but put the three of them together and it puts a dent in our budget! I still think we’re eating well and making use of the items in our pantry, though. Eating simply is a great way to keep costs low. I also won fish-shaped cookie cutters and two coupons for free Natures Harvest bread in a giveaway from Home Ec At Home, so I get to enjoy free bread this week! Check out Faith’s blog, it’s really nifty. In addition, I was really excited to receive a huge box of almond butter from John’s dad. We eat a ton of nut butter, so this stuff will last us quite awhile! Here’s what else I got this week!
