In case you missed it last week, we’ll be eating out of our freezer for the next month thanks to my 3-day freezer cooking session! Because I saved up a bit of money beforehand to purchase all the items for that, I still have $60 to spend on anything else I want/need for the week. This week I replenished a lot of my baking supplies. When I went to Meijer Saturday morning, I saw a TON of fruit and veggie trays marked down 40% off. I stood there for about 5 minutes trying to decide if I wanted them, but 1.) I didn’t have enough money left this week and 2.) I’d probably be the only one to eat the veggie ones and I didn’t want to waste it. Next week I’m gonna leave some extra money so I can go back early Saturday morning and grab one or two. I’m just gonna go for it! For now, though, let’s take a look at what I got this week.
