I had a great week! I had originally planned on spending $10.00 on chicken breasts at Sam’s Club, and when I looked at the rest of the stuff I wanted to buy, I got nervous because I would have liked to have bought more but didn’t have the money. A few minutes after thinking that, I got an email from Swagbucks saying my $10.00 Sam’s Club gift card I redeemed on a whim was ready to be used! It’s funny how things work sometimes, huh? =) So I had some extra money to stock up a little. Let’s see what I got!
Oxi-Clean: $7.99. We use this for our homemade laundry detergent!
4 cans tuna: $.39 each. Keeping these in my pantry; I couldn’t resist that price!
Butternut squash: $2.02
Spaghetti squash: $2.58. All winter squash was $.88 a pound, so I had to start my fall recipes early!
Green grapes: $2.34
3 gallons of milk (1 not pictured): $1.99 each.
2 bags frozen broccoli: $1.99 each
2 containers of strawberries, 1 pound each: $2.00 each
Canned pumpkin (Not pictured): $1.49. Haven’t figured out what I want to do with this yet!
Greek yogurt: $3.69
2 cans crushed tomatoes: $.95 each
2 jars pasta sauce: $.79 each. These were on clearance and I like to keep a couple in the pantry!
Parmesan garlic wing sauce: $1.69. Have you ever had this? It’s AWESOME and tastes just like the sauce from Buffalo Wild Wings!
Corn tortillas: $1.39
Shredded cheddar cheese: $2.79
Cinnamon apple straws: $1.99
Tomato paste: $.39
Sliced cheddar cheese: $1.99
Cooking spray: $1.49
Bag of black beans: $2.29. I like to cook them all in the slow cooker and freeze in individual portions!
Mini bagels: $1.99
Weekly Total: $61.34
