Want to see what a family of 3 eats for $60 a week? Check back every Monday for a new week of shopping and menus! Week of: 2/8/16. www.nogettingoffthistrain.com

This week, we’re eating ham. Lots and lots of ham. Between getting out one of the 2 hams we have in the freezer, and my parents giving us a bag of sliced deli ham, I hope we don’t get tired of it! It totally helps with the budget though, to be able to use one big ham for multiple meals during the week. I was still able to keep my budget under $50, but I didn’t have any left over to stock up. Let’s see what I got!
