I had to do a lot of switching around last minute in regards to dinners for this week! I had a plan, and then this happened.

Yes, that is probably about one pound of leftover salami pieces, plus the same amount of colby jack cheese that’s not pictured. I found that adorable Mickey Mouse cookie cutter on Amazon (Affiliate link) and used it for Allison’s party, and I so did not want to throw away all those leftover pieces. So, I’m turning them into breakfast and (at least) two dinners. I hope we don’t get tired of salami! Let’s see what I bought this week.

Meijer

3 packages Meijer pads: $3.99 each, were Buy One Get One 50% off, plus I had an mPerks coupon for $2.50 when I spent $8.00 or more on them!
2 boxes Colgate toothpaste: $1.00 each. Added these for my Operation Christmas Child boxes for MOPS on Tuesday.
Bananas: $2.32

Breakfast

Breakfast cups (Replacing the ham and shredded cheese with the leftover party food)
Egg casserole (Bringing this to my MOPS group on Tuesday!)

Breakfast: Waffle sticks and yogurt
Lunch: Banana, crackers and hummus, cheese cubes
