I hope you all had a great weekend! Neither of us had obligations at church, so we enjoyed a bunch of time at home together after getting Allison’s BIRTHDAY PHOTOS taken. I still can’t believe she’ll be 3 next month; she had a blast, and I can’t wait to show you all when they’re done!

I had a great shopping week, thanks to Aldi having zucchini on sale. It’s zucchini everything this week! Trying a couple new recipes, and I’m hoping they turn out well, especially the zucchini tots. Allison LOVES tater tots, and I wonder if I can convince her to eat them… =) Here’s everything I got this week.

Hi! I lurk around here to see your grocery finds. :) oh those picky toddlers. Just wanted to tell ya, CAULIFLOWER tots are an amazingly yummy substitute for tater tots that I bet you could get your kiddo to eat. A little bit time consuming to make, but so long as you are buying whole cauliflower, not pre riced, it's pretty stinking cheap (especially coming upon winter vegetable season) and really a delicious potato - like texture. FYI!

Thanks, Cassandra! I'll have to see how she likes these, I'm making them tonight. =) Cauliflower tots are definitely next on my list!
