First of all, I want to say a big THANK YOU to all of you!! This has been my first full week of blogging, and I’ve gotten tons of great feedback. I love you all and want to continue to help encourage you and save you money!
If you’re reading my blog for the first time, you may not know that I went to the ER last Thursday because I had been having heart palpitations for the past few days. This Friday I went to the doctor and got bloodwork to test magnesium levels, and was put on a Holter monitor for a day. I’m happy to report that these palpitations are 99% gone! It was very frustrating having them for almost 2 weeks straight, and I still don’t know why it happened. I should get more information this week when the tests come back.
So, let’s see how I did in my goals last week!
Drink at least 48 ounces of water every day: Yeah, I only managed to do this twice. I always put my water down somewhere and then forget about it for a couple hours, and I can’t just chug it all at once.
Take my multi-vitamin every day: Success! This will no longer be on my goals list as it’s now become a habit.
Get out and walk at least 3 times this week: Done! The weather was beautiful this week! I’m so happy we could get out around the neighborhood.
Continue to work on my blog: I think I posted every day this week! I also created a Facebook page, so feel free to head over there and Like it to receive updates whenever I post!
Goals for this week:
Drink 48 ounces of water every day: I need to work on this. I’ll try to keep my water with me throughout the house.
Get out and walk 3 times this week
Create a posting schedule for my blog: I have a lot in my head that I want to share, but I need to space it out and do a little bit each day to make sure I have enough content to last a long time!
Be more intentional with my time with Allison: I’m afraid that in my excitement over starting my blog, I haven’t spent much quality time with Allison. I’ll engage her more throughout the day and make more of an effort to play with her.
Track my food intake better: I didn’t do too good last week putting my meals into Noom, and had a few too many desserts. I gained .6 pounds, eek. =) I’m not worried about it; I’ll just work on keeping better track of what I eat.
What are your goals for this week? Share below! I’d love to hear them and encourage you!

You rocked your goals this week! So glad that your test results came back with good news. About 2 years ago I had to go to the er for chest pains. It was super scary, even though it turned out to just be inflammation in my ribs cage, which is totally non-threatening.

It’s always scary to go to the ER. I’m glad you’re doing okay! =)

Awesome goals and very attainable – I need to drink more water and less wine!

Thanks! =) I think if it were up to me I’d drink iced coffee all day…. Although I think if I did that I’d be starting this process all over again!
