It’s a new month already! October was amazing, with the kick-off of Fall, planning Allison’s birthday… it was a ton of fun, and now November starts to get really busy. When the holiday season comes around, I just want to say yes to everything and bake all the goods, volunteer at all the events, go to all the craft shows… unfortunately, there’s just not enough hours in a day! Luckily I have opportunities to let my creative side go wild, like MOPS, my church’s women’s group, and now Thanksgiving, where we get to host John’s family. I think November is going be a little laid-back goal wise, and is focusing more on setting good habits… like keeping the house clean. Toddlers are like little tornadoes.
October was great for my personal goals, but not so much blogging goals. I keep telling myself I have to do some soul-searching as to what I want this blog to become, but I never make time to do it. That’s why this month I’m intentionally setting aside time to think, pray and plan. How did I do last month?
Purge some of Allison’s toys Date night with John Give Allison a birthday Yes Day – This was pretty much a success! She didn’t ask for much, though, so we didn’t do much; just lunch at Chick-Fil-A, picking her own Build-a-Bear animal, and just following her lead with whatever she decided to do that day. Try a new sleep schedule – This has been working, for the most part. More details in a post on Friday!

And to keep myself accountable, I aim to post either on Facebook, Instagram, or both, whenever I either complete or work on one of these. Wish me luck with that! What are your goals for November? Post below so we can encourage each other!
